Puppy Consultation This is for puppies from six to 14 weeks old. It is intended to teach you how to raise your puppy and get him/her used to dogs, people, and curious environments so that s/he goes through life as a well-adjusted, social, and happy dog. We will cover all puppy owner concerns such as socialization, housebreaking, crate training, chewing, digging, coming when called, leash-breaking, and nutrition. We also want to address any specific concerns you may have.      Approximately 1 Hour: $95 Boot Camp This program is two to three weeks of intensive training and socialization primarily designed to enrich your dog's quality of life. If you find yourself leaving your dog home because his behavior is embarrassing in public due to a lack of control or aggression toward people or other dogs then this is the program for you. It is the best training available for incorrigibles although any dog will excel upon completion. Your dog will stay with us for the initial in-board training period. We will work with your dog daily to achieve a first command response under any level of distraction. But, it's not all work and no play. During your dog's stay he/she will receive lots of attention and affection from the trainer and staff and will be romping with the other dogs several times a day. We firmly believe that all dogs are born social. Sometimes things happen that turn a friendly dog into an aggressive animal. If your dog reacts aggressively when it sees other dogs, or even some humans, it's usually because he doesn't know how to trust. He may be experiencing anxiety or even fear and could be over-compensating with aggression. In either case, he needs to learn to trust before he can relax and enjoy the social opportunities that a normal, healthy pack (human or canine) can provide. We are experts at returning a dog to its natural social state. Teaching a dog to play is a big step in rounding out its personality. We believe a dog that can interact normally with other dogs will be better able to overcome an aggression problem. When the in-board period is over, it's your turn to learn! Now we have to turn you and your dog into a cohesive team. We do this with transfer lessons every few days until you have a first command response by voice or hand-signal to all commands and have all behavioral problems solved. Your new relationship with your dog will be based on love and a new-found mutual respect.      Results are Guaranteed! $595 per Week      Transfer Lessons $80/lesson at our facility or $100/lesson elsewhere Our Guarantee: We guarantee a first command response on a loose leash, under distraction, to the obedience commands provided that you follow through with your homework. If your initially-stated goals are not met by the end of the fourth transfer lesson following the in-board portion of Bootcamp, all further training to meet those goals is free of charge. Due to the nature of dogs, results on aggression issues cannot be guaranteed. Private Training Individual training with one of our professional trainers. Each session is scheduled by appointment at your convenience, usually once or twice per week. This program is individually tailored to your dog's personality and to your unique situation and preferences. It is very flexible and the training techniques will vary widely. The sessions are approximately one hour long; however, it is not uncommon for a dog's attention span to wane before the entire hour is up. Our goal with private training is to get a first command response on a loose leash under any level of distraction. We also want to solve ALL behavioral problems and teach your dog good manners. By the time you are done with private training, you will be able to take your dog anywhere and be proud of his or her behavior.      $80.00 per session at our facility.      $100.00 per session elsewhere.
